Based on the southern tip of Lake Garda, our Spa Yoga Retreat is near the pentagon-shaped fortress that is Peschiera del Garda. Whether you want to stay for three nights or a full week (or something in between!), you’ll be surrounded by olive groves, golf courses, lemon trees, vineyards, and palm trees while you relax.
At our retreat, you’ll be just five minutes away from the historical city centre of Peschiera del Garda. As one of the four fortified towns of the ‘Quadrilatero’, an Austrian empire defence system, the town is full of stories and the traditional Venetian defensive systems are even classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Therefore, you’ll be within walking distance of the large walls that are still in place (and have been for many centuries!).

Wellness Center
If ever there’s a time to do absolutely nothing, it’s now. Treat your body to a Finnish sauna with chromotherapy, allow a professional to massage the stress from your body, or simply soak in a heated pool as the soft lighting and exotic aromas take your mind to a place you never knew existed. While relaxing in our Roman caldarium, all toxins will be eliminated from the body thanks to the moisture from our hammam (Turkish bath).Elsewhere, you can enjoy the emotional shower, gym, heated swimming pool, tepidarium, tisane tea, and all while listening to relaxing music and inhaling scents of pure bliss.

Outdoor Activities
Why not combine yoga and spa sessions with outdoor activities such as boating, cycling, or stand up paddling? Encompassing the Bracco Baldo Beach (which allows dogs), our retreat will also cater to lovers of diving, surfing, trekking, Nordic walking, golf, tennis, climbing, volleyball, canoeing, sailing, angling, kite surfing, mini golf, windsurfing, and more. For example, stunning landscapes can be explored right across the Mincio cycle path.

While in a town of history and fascinating stories, you’ll also have opportunities to soak up the culture of Peschiera del Garda. Home to Santuario della Madonna del Frassino, legend says the Madonna del Frassino appeared from thin air here in the 16th century. Additionally, writers and journalists come together for the Words at the Waterside festival, while traditional games and concerts are enjoyed at Tocati. Various festivals allow visitors to immerse fully while in the town.

Venue Activities
As a wellness resort, we love to host families and help them take part in activities whether they enjoy a luxurious golf course, vineyards, or olive groves. For families in particular, your children will love the mini golf course, inflatable, swings, maze house, and water slide. Inside the complex, there are also facilities for tennis, football, basketball, beach volleyball, and volleyball. In our hotel children are free of charge til 23 months old. Baby cribs are at guests disposal free of charge.
Pools
How can we mention venue activities without discussing the pools? With our superb retreat, you’ll be able to choose from an array of pools; this includes the Covered Pool, the Relax Pool, and the beautifully named Winnie the Pool. The latter has various games and will be a haven for your children. Between 9am and 7pm in the summer.
The first measures 348 sq m (3,746 sq ft) with a depth of 1.40 m (4.5 ft). The indoor pool measures 176 sq m (1,894 sq ft) and is 1.40 m (4.5 ft) deep. It is heated throughout for guests to use and is free of charge. And lastly, Winnie The Pool, designed for children, measures 517 sq m (5,565 sq ft) with a depth ranging from 0.40 (1.3 ft) to 1.40 m (4.5 ft). This pool is ideal for children. It also features a water jet for neck massage and a whirlpool bath. Its location, next to the hotel’s outdoor playground, makes it favorable for children. Since, it is strictly for relaxation, no air beds and balls are allowed.
