A Spa Yoga Retreat on the northern end of Lake Garda the largest lake in Italy. This is between Venice and Milan within an alpine setting formed by glaciers during the last ice age.

Lake Garda and its shores are cut between the provinces of Verona (south-east), Brescia (south-west), and Trento (north) accessible via the Brenner pass. It is particularly charming with blue waters, vivid sunlight and cooled oxygenated air purified from mountain vegetation blowing colored sails. The banks are sunny all day due to a wide lake despite being surrounded by vegetation and steep rocks.
The vegetation of this Mediterranean lake consisting of olive, lemon, palm and bay trees which record the seasonal changes. From here, the lake ends and the Brenta Dolomites begin, providing guests opportunities for enriching historical holidays with art, sports and nature for a RIVA DEL GARDA SPA

Close to our Spa Yoga Retreat stands the defensive Rocca from 1124. Currently it remains as a seat of the Civic Museum and Picture Gallery. Baroque buildings such as the church of the Inviolata and S. M. Assunta are of abundant interest. This Riva del Garda Spa Yoga experience offers attendees opportunities to practice sports from sailing, surfing, angling, walking, bowls, cycling, tennis, climbing, canoeing, etc. Apart from cultural indulgences there are a number of sportive activities ranging from sailing & windsurfing, boating, biking, trekking, Nordic walking, climbing, riding, kite Surf, diving to canyoning.

The sophistication and value of our Beauty & Wellness Spa warms any cold weather day to create magic. From hay baths to pampering chocolate treatments, warmed perfumed oils, and Ayurveda treatments we enable fascinating synergy through traditional and modern technique. To preserve your beauty we provide style treatments, facial treatments to eliminate wrinkles and brighter skin.
The year-round indoor swimming pool is warmed to 30° degrees Celsius. It includes inside beds for water massage through air streams, water jets, and vertical and horizontal water massage with comfortable stairs making it easy to access.
The outdoor pool, open April through September, is surrounded by a garden, in a quiet area accessible through the Wellness Centre or Hotel’ terrace. Here as well you may find sunbeds with areas in the shade. The pool with comfortable sunbeds to rest provide magazine with opportunities to eat fruits or sip herbal teas.
Breakfast (7.30 am - 10.00)
It is important to follow up the yoga practice with an excellent breakfast. On our breakfast buffet there are a great variety of choices for all tastes and diets. Breakfast is served in an elegant and bright dining room. It is also available on the terrace facing the garden and outdoor pool. You may relax sitting on the veranda while having your breakfast. Breakfast in your room from 7.30 to 11.00 is with a supplement of €5 for room service. If you need to leave the Hotel before 7.00 we may arrange an early breakfast with reception and you will be served in our Bar with coffee or tea and something to eat too.
Dinner is served at table and we give a 3 course and 4 choice menù.

5. Not reserving into overnight spa retreat incurs a €15 charge for towel and bathrobe. You are not allowed to bring your own bathrobe or towel.

7. For entrance to the gym only using own towel/ bathrobe is acceptable no fee applies.

By car:
A22 is the Brennetro/ Modena highway taking to Riva del Garda, ROVERETO SUD - LAGO DI GARDA NORD is the highway exit to reach the Garda Lake. There is a parking space next to the hotel and also one 400 meters away that are both free on a first come first serve basis. Along the streets, the parking is roughly 1 euro per hour from 8am - 10pm.
By train:
Rovereto is the nearest train station and you have to catch the Brennero train line Rovereto is nearly 20 km away from Riva del Garda; bus service is available from there.
By plane:
