He focuses heavily on balancing flavors with different methods, such as fermentation, or adding herbs or spices for extra flavor without sacrificing nutrition.
You'll have the chance to learn about various types of food preparation, such as pickling and sprouting, which help preserve nutrients found within fresh ingredients too!
Additionally, through educational seminars hosted at the retreat, guests can discover more about holistic wellness practices, including Ayurvedic principles.
