PROGRAM
Our workshop program is based on the Yoga with Perumal
Retreat Method
by
Perumal Koshy. Each class is 2 hours which include roughly 90 minutes of practice time and 30 minutes of theoretical. The workshop begins on a weekend evening of Friday and runs through Sunday night for morning and evening classes. It can be adapted to different days and formats.

The workshop per person fee is based on the number of persons attending. The more attending the less expensive it may become.
