With our preparation sets, the idea is to move synovial fluid and properly warm up (this should prevent injuries and protect the joints). With tendons and ligaments warmed up sufficiently, mobility improves. What’s more, we can prepare the muscle fibres for deep stretching by encouraging blood flow and core strength.
