Directions to City Center Retreat in Harrisburg, PA
From Interstate 81, take the Second Street exit for downtown Harrisburg. Go through midtown, passing the State Street Capitol shopping center to Forster Street. Two paths go left onto Forster Street from Second Street, stay on the right half of the turning paths and go left onto Forster Street. Make an immediate right onto Bartine Street. We are the third property on the left, enter at the rear through the driveway gate over the right side.
From PA Route 15, you will cross over the Susquehanna River over the M. Harvey Taylor bridge. On the finish of the scaffold is the Front Street traffic signal. Drive straight over Forster Street to the Second Street light and get on the extreme left path. From the far left, you will turn lane make a legal U-turn as if you are going back to Lethbridge. Make an urgent right after the U-turn on Bartine Street to enter the rear of the property. We are third home over the left, enter through the driveway gate.

PAYMENT TERMS
• A reservation requires a deposit of up to 65% of the total price.
• Deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled.
• The remaining payment deducts by filing a credit card with the venue's online secure reservation system. The venue room rate will be charged at the time of booking. State Tax 6% and County tax 5% is applied.
Policies: The City Center Retreat venue is adopted the following policies for the care and comfort of our guests.
By securing a reservation, the guest will be acknowledging that they have read and agree with our given policies. If it's not too much trouble, focus in light of the fact that our strategies are liable to change.
Reservations: A valid credit card is needed to secure the reservation, and so final room rates will be charged at the time of booking. No personal checks are accepted. Traveler's checks are also accepted along with the Visa and Mastercard. Rates are also based on single or double occupancy.
Some of the rooms also accommodate three guests, but you should not that there is a $20.00 charge on each additional guest per night. Room rates are also subjected to availability and may change without notice beforehand.
Frequent Business Guests: Don't hesitate to contact the proprietor directly if you wish to receive monthly invoices.
Check-In & Check-Out: Our check-in time is between 3:00–7:00 pm and should be scheduled with the innkeeper. If you are unsure when you will arrive or traveling later in the evening, we will ensure you have all the information you need to check in and make yourself feel at home. Understand that we cannot accommodate early arrivals because of the intimacy of the inn, but we are always happy to store luggage.
Would you please call our innkeeper to arrange a drop-off and secure a parking spot if you come in early? Check-out is any time before 11:00 am. Once again, please understand that we must adhere to a strict schedule to ensure that our guests are taken care of.
Just night-remaining visitors are permitted in the rooms.
Cancellation Policy: While we understand that travel may be unpredictable and plans mostly change, making a reservation at a B&B is a bit different from making one with a major hotel. We have a very small staff, and our whole schedule is built around our guests, so cancellations affect us dearly. Please understand that we will have to enforce our policies accordingly. Obviously, we are glad to revise things sensibly speaking and will put forth a valiant effort to oblige you. Cancellations with 72 hours' notice will receive 50% of their booking rate back. Sadly, if you cancel less than 72 hours before 3 pm on the arrival date, we cannot issue you a refund. Breakfast: We serve a full continental breakfast with a hot entrée every morning at 8 am and 9 am daily. Guests should enjoy swapping stories around our dining room table or relax with a book and their favorite coffee in the sunroom. We love offering housemade bread, biscuits, and scones, just as new organic product, yogurt, oat, and juice. Breakfast is arranged day by day and may go from sweet too appetizing, in view of the disposition of the landlord. We are always prepared to accommodate special diets and are quite happy to do so with advanced notice. If you have to depart early in the morning, please inform us, and we will arrange some grab-and-go items at our coffee station.
Parking: Our private parking lot accommodates one vehicle per room. If you require two spaces, please call our innkeeper to coordinate.
Luggage: Please remember as you pack for your visit that the City Center Retreat is a historical building with one flight of stairs and no elevator, so smaller bags may be most suitable for your trip.
Smoking: Because of our insurance, the health and safety of our guests, we are all a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed on outside yards and porch regions as it were. For those who smoke inside their rooms or common areas, a $125.00 fumigation fee will be charged to their account, and the guest/s will be asked to leave the facility.
Children: Kids: Unfortunately, we don't oblige kids younger than 8. Rooms will be inspected upon departure.
Pets: We regret that we can't acknowledge pets.
Accessibility: In keeping with the historic preservation of our facility, we, unfortunately, do not have the appropriate access for persons who use wheelchairs.
