Break barriers through arm sequences targeting chest and shoulders. Plank series from side to single leg, crow and the variation move fluidly from isometric to isotonic synchronized with breath.

Express yoga sequences set altitude and velocity based on ability. Before takeoff leave the excess baggage. Avoid eating solid foods for 4 hours before class. Stay fueled with fresh juices and water.  Venue fee includes lunch and pool access till sunset. Multiple sequences are available with the above in combinations with vinyasa depending on group requirements.
