All fitness based activities will be instructed by London fitness star Mr. Hasham from Rapid Results Fitness. Mr. Hasham possess a strong background in Kickboxing, Strength and Conditioning, Calisthenics, Muay Thai and High Intensity Interval Training. Mr. Hasham has over 20 years of experience in tried and tested training methods. He has been blessed to transform people through personal training and nutrition with great success.
The circuits are designed for all fitness levels with regressions and progressions. All you will need is your own body weight and lots of energy! Each circuit is different aiming at legs, core, full body, fat burning, muscle building and increasing fitness levels.
