Lessons - Introduction
Yoga with Perumal introduces series 1 - 3 containing
within them 4 lessons listed as A, B, C, and D.
Each series indicated by their number progresses
from the least challenging to the most dynamic.
The lessons within a series denoted by A, B, C,
and D also progress in their level of
difficulty, time, and discipline required.
Each lesson within a series builds from the
previous lesson and each series builds of the
previous one. For example 1A is easier and
shorter then 1C. 1B falls between the time and
level of challenge of 1A and 1C. This enables
continuity in your progression through the
lessons. You may progress at your own pace up or
down the series and their corresponding lessons.
After you choose a lesson endeavor to complete
it from the beginning to the end. If the lesson
felt hard then consider a previous lesson or
series. If the lesson felt easy then consider a
higher lesson or series. Yoga with Perumal
encourages you to find a lesson that instills a
happy medium. Practice a lesson that is not too
strong or too easy. From this point the lessons
will instills a state of flow, stillness and
balance within.
Once such a lesson is discovered Yoga with
Perumal encourages practicing the lesson once a
day as regularly as possible. Consider
practicing such a lesson for several weeks or
even months before moving up to the next lesson.
Endeavor to practice at the same time and place
everyday.
