Accommodations

In Kumarakom we combine classic elegance with modern designs in a tranquil and serene landscaped setting. The contemporary, deluxe accommodation is ideal for the world luxury- leisure or business guests.

There are 10 majestic 70 square meter villas with living-dining room, bedroom & ultra-modern spacious bathroom, private garden & rain showers, barbeque facilities & independent pool on the shores of Vembanand lake. Every pool villa comes with a dedicated villa host who ensures service par excellence.

Twenty eight Superior Lagoon View Cottages are an aesthetically developed 45-square meter twin -cottages with charming sit outs on the shores of the lagoon.

The 16 Deluxe Lagoon View Rooms with a balcony measuring 42 square meters are located on the first floor, overlooking the Lagoon and the Vembanad Lake.

The 18 Superior Lagoon View Rooms with a verandah measuring 42 square-meters are located on the ground floor overlooking the lagoon.

All this coupled with steam rooms, sauna, whirlpool, chilled showers, a swimming pool, deck area, and lounge with lockers at your disposal.

All rooms are equipped with International Direct Dialing phones, High Speed & Wi-Fi Internet, Electronic Safe, Mini Bar, Hair Dryer, 29'' Satellite Television coupled with Tea & Coffee making facilities. Comfort and convenience is offered as a modern and elegant standard.

Miscellaneous

Passports and Visas:
You must obtain a visa before traveling to India. If you arrive without a visa you will be refused entry. Always keep a copy of your passport and your Indian visa separate from your passport. Check with your local Indian Consulate for further details.

Summary of health recommendations:

All travelers should consider visiting a personal physician or a travel health clinic 4-8 weeks before departure. Vaccines should be administered at least 2 - 4 weeks (preferably longer) prior to departure. A booster should be given 6-12 months after to confer long-term immunity. Remember to travel with all prescribed medications within their original bottles. Check with your physician about any medications required for India. Consider to bringing all your preferred insect repellants. India will have plenty of their own versions also.

All travelers should be up-to-date on routine immunizations such as:
- Tetanus - diphtheria vaccine (recommended for all who have not received a tetanus-diphtheria immunization within the last 10 years)
- Measles vaccine (recommended for any traveler born after 1956)
- Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine (recommended for any international traveler over one year of age.
- Hepatitis A vaccine is recommended for all travelers over one year of age.
- Hepatitis B vaccine is recommended for all travelers if not previously vaccinated.
- Japanese encephalitis vaccine is recommended for long-term (1 month) travelers.
- The vaccine (JE-VAX; Aventis Pasteur Inc.) (PDF) is given as a series of three injections on days 0, 7 and 30.
- Rabies vaccine is recommended for travelers spending a lot of time outdoors.
- Polio immunization is recommended. Any adult who received the recommended childhood immunizations but never received a booster as an adult should be given a single dose of inactivated polio vaccine. - Typhoid vaccine is recommended for all travelers.

1. 50% (Half) payment is required on confirmation of booking.

2. 100% (Full) payment is required 2 months prior to departure.

3. Monetary values indicated are a reflectionof the current conversion rates upon posting. These rates may be updated upon booking.

Booking Terms
1. Participants signing the booking form on behalf of several parties are conditional to having authorization from all parties named on the booking form.

2. After receipt of full payment the confirmation invoice sent constitutes a binding contract.

Liability Release
a) Yoga with Perumal LLC, its officials, directors, and employees expressly disclaim any and all responsibility for any incidental charges, liability, loss or risk, injuries or any other damages, personal or otherwise, which may be or are incurred as a consequence, directly or indirectly, of the actions or negligence of Participant or of any other third party during the Participant's attendance at any of the holidays indicated.

b) Any Participants attending any of the events, including the use of premises where the events will take place, shall be at the Participant's own risk.

c) It is prohibited that the Participants engage in any illegal or improper behavior, including, but not limited to, drunkenness, use of illegal substances, and disturbing the peace. Yoga with Perumal LLC reserves the right to take any action that it deems necessary to enforce this prohibition.

d) Participants who decides not to partake in the total execution of program for any reason except a verified emergency will be responsible for all expenses incurred by Yoga with Perumal LLC up to the date of this participant departure along with the penalties imposed by the ticket issuing airline and the transportation back to the Airport of origin.

e) We do not treat acute cases or those who suffer from communicative disease or skin problems.

f) Yoga with Perumal LLC reserves the right to end the participation in any event if any Participant incurs in negligent or improper behavior. Yoga with Perumal LLC will not pay for any of the expenses incurred by the Participant before and/or after the culmination of his/her participation.

g) All bank transfer charges incurred on the side of the participant must be paid by the participant. PayPal transfers incur a markup of 3.5%.

The word Participant refers to the visitors who will participate in a holiday sponsored by Yoga with Perumal LLC. The word event refers to any activity related to a holiday sponsored by Yoga with Perumal LLC.
