How do I know when I am proficient enough to advance to the next lesson?
You may advance when the current lessons feel easy and when the sequences of postures are committed to memory. When the body demands more and the mind knows where the instructions are leading to then one may advance. It is important to maintain such a state for a few weeks before advancing.
What must I do when a lesson feels too hard?
If the lesson felt too hard then consider a previous lesson or series.
What must I do when lesson feels too easy?
If the lesson felt too easy then consider a higher lesson or series.
What should I consider when I do a particular lesson for the first time?
After you choose a lesson endeavor to complete it from the beginning to the end while paying attention to any contraindications. Once concluded consider steps 3 and 4.
Do I have to wait through all the instructions before executing a posture?
Follow the video lessons as it instructs. Once the instructions are clearly understood over multiple practices then you may commence a posture before the instructions are completed.
What is a 3 camera angle?
